How many people can we accommodate in the villa?
Our detached villa can accommodate up to six guests, plus one child up to 10 years old.
Can I park my car at the property?
Yes. Next to the villa you will find spacious private parking with space for several cars, plus a carport.
Is there a cost for heating the pool?
No, there are no additional costs for you for heating the pool. The pool is heated between 26 and 28 degrees, depending on the season and outside temperature.
Is the use of the fishing boat free?
Yes. Use of the fishing boat with outboard motor is free.
Do I need a fishing licence to fish on the Lot ?
Yes. Every angler needs a fishing licence, which allows them to fish with up to four rods. You need to order this permit yourself by internet and there are weekly and annual permits.
What kind of fish can I find in the Lot?
The Lot is famous for its large, wild carp. Apart from carp, there are also dozens of other fish species, including catfish.
When will I receive my booking confirmation
You will receive the booking confirmation as soon as we have received the booking form and the down payment and everything has been administratively processed.
Am I required to have travel insurance?
No. But we do recommend it. In case of cancellation, you can then recover the cost from your insurance.
I want to cancel my reservation. Is that possible?
